A little about myself, I have been a Doctor of Chiropractic and an Applied Kinesiologist in the Dothan area over eight years now. I am the daughter of Dr. Bob Carnes a local Chiropractor and Applied Kinesiologist in Dothan for over 40 years.

We share a practice on Main Street together. While he focuses much of the practice on metabolic health through blood work, functional medicine, and functional nutrition, I focus much of the practice on women's health and hormones, wellbeing, and healthy movement.

Moving well and functioning at your best is very important to me. This cannot be done unless you’re eating well, thinking well, and resting well. Together my father and I tackle wellness and hope to educate our patients on what TRUE wellness means and how to live a life full of vitality and health.

He is one of the only natural thyroid practitioners in our area and I am one of the only functional hormone practitioner in our area. Together we help you feel like YOU again.

I am passionate about living a toxin free lifestyle, raising a strong healthy son, yoga/dancing, and spending time with my wonderfully supportive husband. I have enjoyed serving the Wiregrass area and I look forward to helping more women find hormone balance for years to come.

As a chiropractor and wellness coach my view of health and wellness is to always be learning about YOUR body. I like to think I’m a WHY chaser and a ROOT cause digger. Once we know our bodies through others, research, ourselves along with trial and error, we are then aware of our God made balancing system (homeostasis) and can keep it in check. The goal for wellness is always striving for that body balance. This never changes. We must always try to reach for balance. We will come and go in different seasons of health but the goal remains the same...reaching for body balance...
