WORK WITH ME.

First I’ll need you to fill out the hormone questionnaire and new patient forms. Please send it back Via fax (334-794-0576), email, or snail mail.

We offer the complete DUTCH (dried urine) test (the most accurate hormone test offered in the USA), thorough blood lab testing (metabolic thyroid, and hormones), and cortisol saliva DUTCH testing for adrenal hormones.

These tests will need to be read to you and a curated care plan designed specifically for you. I suggest we do a hormone consult first to discuss your needs and so I can better understand what testing would be best. Please call the office to schedule that appointment. I do not take online clients at this time.

HOW TO TEST USING THE COMPLETE DUTCH TEST.
*For menstruating women: you will test typically 5-6 days after ovulation of your monthly cycle if you have a typical 27-29 day cycle. Meaning if you're menstruating you wait till you know you’ve ovulated then count out 5 days and that is the day you will test. I prefer patients test on weekdays, as our bodies operate differently from weekdays to weekends.

*Ablation/Partial hysterectomy/Irregular cycles/skipping cycles: it is important to figure out when you ovulate so please purchase a basal body temperature. You will need to track your temperature for about 30 days or more to assess whether and when you ovulate. It is helpful to get this test as accurate as possible for the best data and outcomes for you and your success. Once you know you’ve ovulated count forward 5 days then take the Dutch test.
*Menopause or women with a complete hysterectomy: you can test any day of the month. This is a home urine test done over a 2 day span. Please read the kit instructions thoroughly as there are some food and medication restrictions.

Follow directions for the test. Once it’s dry, pack it up and mail it to the lab via UPS. I’ll notify you once it arrives at the lab. Once I have your results I’ll create a beautiful alternative plan to balance and correct your imbalances custom to you. We will sit down and review all this together in an office visit scheduled by my staff.

I coach patients every 3 months for accountability and troubleshooting for as long as needed to reach optimal goals.

The whole test to review/consult process takes about a month depending on how quickly you can test.

It is very effective and is pretty exciting how accurate your results are.
